The client

Proteczone was Brandēpica’s first branding project. The client is an integrated solutions company in the security sector with the operating and technological capacity to carry out projects of different dimensions for different audiences.

When they invited us to team up, they were called PS-21 Alarmas. Despite their 15 years in the market and annual growth of over 300% (in recent years), they didn’t have a differentiated position: the name caused confusion as it didn’t help the brand tie its audiences to the company’s main assets and its core business.
The first step was to discover how to give the brand some elasticity so that it could address the different audiences (corporate, residential, government, etc). The strategic decision was to change the name by opting for a balanced positioning between the offer (rational) and the purpose (emotional).
