What you need:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital media agencies, with a focus on performance marketing.
  • Experience in running digital campaigns: Social Ads, Google Ads, Marketplaces (Amazon, Mercado Libre, etc.).
  • Experience drafting reports, metrics, social activity, e-commerce activity, analytics, etc.
  • Google Adwords and Google Analytics certification.
  • Be an expert in personalized audience building and segmentation using tracking and measurement pixels.

What you'll be doing:

  • Designing digital advertising strategies for e-commerce: defining monthly/quarterly purchasing goals, planning budget allocation for the advertising plan according to the funnel determined, and defining KPIs.
  • Designing, implementing, and optimizing traffic and conversion campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads (Search, Display, and Youtube), to create online sales through e-commerce (you’ll be working alongside a design team to create the required communication materials).
  • Designing, implementing, and optimizing PPC strategies within marketplaces (Amazon and Mercado Libre).
  • Researching and constantly monitoring competitor advertising strategies (traffic volume, variation of available ads and keywords, areas of opportunity).
  • Monitoring campaigns every other day for internal reports.
  • Configuring goals in Analytics and digital marketing reports via Google Data Studio.
