What you need:

  • In-depth understanding of social media trends.
  • Ability to use different tools for managing posts and campaigns (later, storrito, etc.)
  • In-depth understanding of social media (IG, FB, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience developing communication for brands in various categories.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience managing channels, publishing calendars, reports, and analyses.
  • Experience creating content grids.
  • Perfect spelling and outstanding writing skills are essential.
  • A PLUS: video production experience and broad understanding of graphic design.
  • A PLUS: fluency in English. Even better if you can write well in English.

What you'll be doing:

  •  Working alongside the head of the digital department to ensure the content strategy is aligned.
  • Managing plans and communication channels with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Coordinating and planning [social revitalization] efforts.
  • Coordinating and managing social media publications across all social media platforms.
  • Social media tracking and drafting reports, takeaways, and analyses of: channels and content performance, community voice, local trends, etc.
  • Keeping in touch with and knowing how to read and understand the brand communities you’ll be managing.
  • Coming up with creative concepts for advertising campaigns and branding.
  • Conceptualizing, designing, and developing online and offline content for different audiences and in different languages.
